Preliminary Budget & Schedule We assist our client to establish a preliminary budget and schedule as a base model for all construction and non-related construction costs for the project.
Consultant Selection We gladly work with our clients preferred designers and consultants; however, clients of the Rockridge Group will have complete access to the myriad of relationships Rockridge Group has with award winning planners and designers. Furthermore, we can develop the scope of services for each consultant, manage the request for proposal process, and advise our client in selecting the appropriate consultants.
